Water temperature: plan for variability

If your travel dates are fixed, coaching can be planned with more than one useful objective. That avoids turning a variable ocean day into an all-or-nothing depth attempt.

The appropriate wetsuit, fins and weighting depend on the diver, season and activity. Do not buy equipment around an unverified temperature estimate.
