AIDA 4 is the assistant-instructor level and prepares experienced freedivers for advanced depth and leadership responsibilities.

Experienced AIDA 3 freedivers progressing toward mastery or instructor training.

AIDA 3 certification, required performance standards, first-aid eligibility and medical fitness.
