AIDA 4 is the first professional level and the AIDA Assistant Instructor level, preparing experienced freedivers for advanced depth and leadership responsibilities.
Training is precise, safety-focused and adapted to the conditions of Cabo San Lucas.

Who is this course for?
Experienced AIDA 3 freedivers progressing toward mastery or instructor training.
Prerequisites
AIDA 3 certification, required performance standards, first-aid eligibility and medical fitness.
