Learn to relax, equalize ear pressure and dive with a buddy using safe practices. AIDA 2 is open to beginners; no AIDA 1 course is required. Maximum 3 students per instructor.
Over a minimum of 2.5 days, combine theory with guided pool and ocean practice, working towards your first certification at a progressive pace.
What is included
- Pool: one static session (holding your breath without moving) and one dynamic session (swimming underwater)
- Three ocean sessions: descend with fins (constant weight) or pull along the rope (free immersion)

01Discover and relax
Meet your instructor and explore relaxation, ear equalization and the safety foundations of freediving.
02Build confidence in the pool
One static session to hold your breath without moving and one dynamic session to swim underwater, guided by your instructor.
03Explore the ocean
Three ocean sessions to descend progressively with fins or along the rope, practise buddy skills and learn rescue procedures.
Session order adapts to conditions and your progress. Certification is awarded when course requirements are met.
