Who is this course for?
Children ages 6–15, following an evaluation of swimming ability and confidence.
Prerequisites
A free evaluation helps determine the suitable Bronze, Silver or Gold Dolphin level.
What to prepare
- Swimsuit, towel, drinking water and sun protection
- Completed medical questionnaire; medical clearance if required

Everything is included in the course price: instruction, pool and ocean sessions, pool access, boat and freediving equipment. No extra charges for these services.
