DAY 1 · THURSDAY JANUARY 14
FOUNDATIONS OF AIDA JUDGING
Introduction to the judge’s role, AIDA competition structure, Official Top, cards, performance validation, common situations and theory.
You begin to read a competition not as an athlete, but through the calm, precise perspective of a judge.02
DAY 2 · FRIDAY JANUARY 15
POOL JUDGING
Pool procedures, STA, DYN, DYNB and DNF as applicable under current AIDA rules, surface protocol, judging decisions and practical scenarios.
Pool practical session03
DAY 3 · SATURDAY JANUARY 16
DEPTH JUDGING
Depth procedures, official line, tags, announced performances, surface protocol, safety interaction and judging decisions.
Depth practical session04
DAY 4 · SUNDAY JANUARY 17
LINE MEASUREMENT + EXAMS
Correct competition-line measurement procedures, practical measurement, final review, theory examination and video examination.

For this special edition, an experienced AIDA Judge Trainer will travel from Egypt to Mexico specifically to conduct the course.
